You must use visualization to show self-confidence and imagine your future in five years. You may be a wealthy and educated person who speaks and walks with utmost confidence, or you may be a team leader who enforces his respect on the rest of the members, or you may become an activist and leader in your community and stick to your convictions courageously and achieve success in various circumstances.

You can use the visualization technique and imagine that you take the place of these successful people you consider an example. There are practices related to the visualization method that individuals use to help them achieve their goals more quickly, such as daily meditation to imagine the desired goals, preparing a vision board that contains images that embody the concept of self-confidence for each person, or writing a comprehensive description of the desired target in a diary to view it from time to time.
