Motivating employees is an important aspect that leaders, managers, and public organizations must pay attention to, and employees are the critical factor and mainstay in any organization that seeks to achieve its vision and goals and ensure greater productivity and efficiency.

Employee motivation has focused on the financial aspect since the emergence of management science. Encourage employees to take advantage of the benefits provided by the organization, such as health insurance, make sure each employee knows what they can get through health insurance, and offer courses to teach them health care, such as human development courses, neuro programming courses, and others.
